Booking and cancellations: all booking confirmed by us will be definitive. If our offer is not acceptable to you, please inform us immediately in order to avoid unnecessary charges. Hotel cancellations of individuals have a charge of 15,00 Eur. per cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. Charge of 1 night within the 3 days.

Deposit / Payment: on reservations, a deposit of min. 25% should be received by Ruta Solar Travel Agency upon confirmation, the rest 2 weeks before arrival unless other is specified in our confirmation. Information on our bank account will be given with the confirmation.

Responsibility: Ruta Solar Travel Agency, is acting as agent only for transport companies, hotels and other contractors shall not be responsible in any way for accidents, losses, injuries, delays or other inferences.
